Jennifer Aquino grew up in Cerritos, California.

She had her first taste of acting when she starred in a school play at St. Linus elementary school. She went on to attend Whitney High School where she received a Performing Arts Award.

 

She then graduated from UCLA, where she studied Economics, Accounting, as well as Theatre and Dance, and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. She was a member of the UCLA Dance Team for three years, cheering for UCLA football and basketball games. She also had the opportunity to perform and compete all over the United States and abroad. She was involved in community service being a member of the UCLA Bruin Belles, and she was also a member of the UCLA Homecoming Court.

After graduation, Jennifer continued her training and studied with Harry Mastrogeorge in Los Angeles, She began working in various theatre productions, including performances with East West Players, The Actors’ Gang, LaJolla Playhouse, Theatre West, El Portal Theatre, Center Stage Theatre, Victory Theatre, and Lodestone Theatre.

Jennifer has worked in film, television, stage, commercial and voiceover projects. One memorable role was one of the doctors who killed McDreamy on the ABC medical drama “Grey’s Anatomy.” Yes, Patrick Dempsey “died” on her O.R. table! 

In her spare time, Jennifer loves to travel and spend time with her husband Kipp, and daughter Sydney.  Recent travels include The Netherlands, the Bahamas, Australia, Germany, Japan, Thailand, England, France, Italy, and Turkey. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
