A woman returns home to her family after missing her daughter’s championship basketball tournament. She attempts to make amends with her daughter who responds with a cold shoulder, and the woman’s brother vows to step in to look after her daughter. The next morning, the woman makes a shocking discovery that opens the door for healing and reconciliation… however, she must first find her way back to be with them.

With over 140 films, THE ANNIVERSARY won two awards: BEST SHORT FILM THRILLER and BEST EDITING SHORT FILM!

THE ANNIVERSARY also screened at the 2017 Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival, the Culver City Film Festival, where it won a SPECIAL RECOGNITION AWARD, the 2018 Asians on Film Festival, where it was nominated for BEST THRILLER/HORROR, and the 2018 North Hollywood Film Festival, where it was nominated for BEST DRAMA.
